It’s easy to build and manage websites in WordPress. There are plenty of e-commerce, LMS, business, and blog websites built on WordPress. Users can easily manage WordPress websites from the backend.

Why wordpress is easy to learn

If you are new to the web design and development sector, you can learn WordPress theme customization courses. There are plenty of YouTube videos offering tutorials for free. These are open-source. You can follow these videos and start learning WordPress customization. You can use XAMPP or Bitnami for WordPress learning. It’s easy to install and run, similar to Notepad or Visual Studio Code.

First, you need to search for “how to install Bitnami or WordPress on a computer to use it as a localhost.” One key point: if you already have hosting, such as local country hosting or Hostinger, Namecheap, WP Host, you can search for “how to install WordPress on Hostinger” or the hosting company’s name. “How to install free themes like Hello Elementor, OceanWP, Astra.” “How to install Elementor.” “WordPress Elementor tutorial.” Before using Elementor, please watch the latest videos on how to work with Elementor, how to use containers, etc. “Lastly, you can watch Nayyar Sheikh’s videos as a beginner; surely, you can learn WordPress customization very well.”

How much time will it take to learn WordPress customization?

It totally depends on your patience and interest. If you practice regularly and take it seriously, it would take at least 2-3 months. It’s easy, but you need to learn and build awesome websites for clients because clients want professional websites. Try to learn new things every day. When you do this regularly for 6-7 months, you may become an expert WordPress web designer. You should be curious about design to become successful.

Try to keep learning JavaScript for 2-3 more months. W3Schools is good for learning it. Keep practicing JS regularly. At the time of learning JS, please forget about projects; just keep learning. It will definitely bring welcome results in the future.

Try to build a simple WordPress theme

When you are adept in coding, try to build a simple WordPress theme. You can implement your coding skills in the custom theme. When you have built a theme, you will surely develop it and start earning from it. WordPress is still popular in 2024 because you can create complex websites in WordPress that you can’t do in Wix, Shopify, Weebly, Zyro, etc. You can design themes and sell them on ThemeForest. It will add passive income for you online.
